After making the bed, I like to take this opportunity to warm up my body for the day. A simple stretch, a few dips, a 30 second plank, a wall sit, and I’m ready to go.

This much effort can be daunting. And it isn’t even the exercise that is the worst part. It is the effort it takes just to begin. Then have a shower, and change, and drive home…

You are about to get in the shower anyways. What better time for a quick workout. Once you are limbered up, you will burn more calories during the day, and sleep better at night.
