Delivery Time

Delivery Time is dependent on 2 factors:

  1. “Availability”. Every product detail’s page will show a value similar to “Usually Ships in 2-3 days”. Some items will ship within 24 hours, others in a couple days, while some may take as many as 3 or more days. The “Availability” value is an estimate
  2. Delivery time is also based on “business” days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it’s impossible for us to ship an item the same day as our offices are closed.

Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days by Amazon Warehouses.

As soon as your credit card company confirms that payment, we share the information with the Amazon Warehouse for the shipment.

As soon as warehouse locates the product, it is rushed to product delivery station.

One the product is packaged and handed over to the shipping company, they start working round the clock to deliver it to you.

Once a product is handed over to the shipping company, it’s sometimes challenging due to various reasons like storms, weather issues, etc.

Despite the long chain, we always hope to make your day when the product is delivered to you within 5-7 days for the standard delivery!

Cancel or Change an Order

If you changed your mind about your order and wish to cancel or change, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. We will make every attempt to accommodate your request. If your order has yet to be processed, then we can successfully stop the order and you will receive a cancellation confirmation of the entire order. Most orders are processed the day the order is received. We always recommend cancelling an order as soon as possible.

However, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been processed.

If a package is in transit when your request is made, cancellation of this order will not be possible. You will need to follow our Return Policy. Any orders paid by credit card will be refunded back to the same account. Check with your credit card provider to find out the time period to credit your account after we process the refund to post a credit back to your account.
